The class will be an all-levels Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa yoga links dynamic, flowing sequences to the rhythm of your breath. You’ll build strength, ignite your energy, and clear your mind. Regular practice will promote leg, core and upper body strength, increase lung capacity, improve flexibility and reduce stress.

How do I find the exact meeting spot in the park?

Use the GPS link in your registration email to find us in the park. We'll be close to the Pelham Bay Park stop on the 6 Train, near the baseball fields and close to the parking lot. Look for the yoga signs.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive no later than 8:15am. This gives you time to set up your mat and be ready to start at 8:30am.
