The class will be an all-levels Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa yoga links dynamic, flowing sequences to the rhythm of your breath. You’ll build strength, ignite your energy, and clear your mind. Regular practice will promote leg, core and upper body strength, increase lung capacity, improve flexibility and reduce stress.

Please arrive no later than 8:15am. This gives you time to set up your mat and be ready to start at 8:30am.
